As most of you know that American Grand Jury had a group of people make the trip to Washingon on Monday the 29th and serve the Super Jury Presentments at the White House together with many other notables. The group was there for 2 days making the rounds.
The trip was quite fruitful and exciting. I am told that Chalice was there and filmed everything and is now conducing online BlogCasts covering all the details.
Here is a recap of the trip:

Carl Swensson and Mack Ellis served the 11-page Presentments to President Barack Obama, at the White House for FRAUD and TREASON.
11:49am Chalice has video. (woooo hoooo documents being accepted)
11:57am Presentments in the hands of Secret Service
12:06pm 2 Secret Service, names John and Jessica, received presentments
They were denied entrance to the Dept of Justice (Eric Holder)
1:06 FBI has been served and they are on the way to District Court
3:05 pm They at US District Court. They were served.
3:29 We served Dept of Justice. They will get back to us. We have a judge who will review it.
3:32 We are on the House serving 4 Congressmen.
5:44pm Presentments delivered to Senate Minority Leader McConnell, TX Senators Hutchinson and Cornyn, Ron Paul, and Michelle Bachmann
They are on way back to hotel and will start again tomorrow. If I hear more details later about today, then I will post them here.

6. PENTAGON - CARL AND MACK - OUR BRAVE MEN SERVED PRESENTMENTS!!! (THEY WERE SURROUNDED AND SEARCHED, AND EVEN THEIR TRUCK WAS SEARCHED!)
7. On Monday, June 29, 2009, Carl and Mack delivered SuperAmericanGrandJury Presentments to Senator Ron Paul and Representative Michele Bachman!!! Penny and press covered presentments to Senators John Cornyn and Kay Bailey Hutchison, both of Texas, and Representative Randy Neugebauer of Texas, and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell!
8. From suggestions from callers the next day Tuesday, June 30, 2009, while the Carl and Mack were having FUN at the Pentagon, Press and Penny SERVED PRESENTMENTS TO:

American Grand Jury scheduling announcement for July
Many of our new members have been patiently waiting in the wings to serve on a Grand Jury. There are 173 of you out there that have returned your Oaths to serve in just the past few weeks.
ALL of you will be scheduled in July. The letters are going out today. There will be 3, maybe 4, Grand Jury dates to pick from in July.
In other Jury Scheduling news:
1) American Grand Jury is scheduling a LARGE Regional Grand Jury:
The 13 Colonies Regional Grand Jury
This jury will consist of members for all the original 13 Colony States. This should be exciting. If you are from one of these qualifying states please let us know so we can sign you up for this jury. We expect around 50 to 80 members to participate.
2) American Grand Jury is going to conduct State Grand Juries for the following States in July and the first part of August:
We have a lot of American Grand Jury members from these 4 States and want to move on these local State schedules as soon as possible. If you are from one of these 4 States please contact us to become a Jury member.
3) American Grand Jury would like to wish everyone of you a HAPPY 4th of JULY. To celebrate we have created a special FLYER for you to print and hand out at your fireworks gatherings.

American Grand Jury

I wouldn't call the documents "incoherent". They are presentments from a grand jury. Here is what the SCOTUS has to say about the grand jury.
ReplyDeleteAntonin Scalia effectively codified the unique independent power of the Fourth Branch into the hands of all citizens sitting as federal grand jurors. In discussing that power and unique independence granted to the grand jury, the United States Supreme Court, in United States v. Williams, 504 U.S. 36 at 48 (1992), Justice Scalia, delivering the opinion of the court, laid down the law of the land:
" '[R]ooted in long centuries of Anglo-American history, Hannah v. Larche, 363 U.S. 420, 490 (1960) (Frankfurter, J., concurring in result), the grand jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the branches described in the first three Articles. It "'is a constitutional fixture in its own right.'" United States v. Chanen, 549 F.2d 1306, 1312 (CA9 1977) (quoting Nixon v. Sirica, 159 U.S. App. D.C. 58, 70, n. 54, 487 F.2d 700, 712, n. 54 (1973)), cert. denied, 434 U.S. 825 (1977). ' "
And he goes on to say;
"In fact, the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional Government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people. See Stirone v. United States, 361 U.S. 212, 218 (1960); Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43, 61 (1906); G. Edwards, The Grand Jury 28-32 (1906). Although the grand jury normally operates, of course, in the courthouse and under judicial auspices, its institutional relationship with the Judicial Branch has traditionally been, so to speak, at arm's length. Judges'direct involvement in the functioning of the grand jury has generally been confined to the constitutive one of calling the grand jurors together and administering their oaths of office. See United States v. Calandra, 414 U.S. 338, 343 (1974); Fed.Rule Crim.Proc. 6(a). [504 U.S. 36, 48] "
So you see Anonymous "We The People" have convened and indicted the president. It will, I am sure, make its way into the court system where, as I have pointed out, has all the case law on it's side. It is happening it is just a matter of time now.
