Movement in SCOTUS on Obama's Birth Certificate

Also going on is that the full court will conference on the emergency stay filed by Leo Donofrio in Donofrio vs Wells. CONFIRMED BY SCOTUS: DONOFRIO V. WELLS DISTRIBUTED FOR CONFERENCE OF DECEMBER 5 So hold onto your hats boys and girls because this could get very ugly. I do not see how the court can ignore this issue any longer.
