Today, the facts are that he is holding the Office of President and Commander in Chief.

The US Constitution’s requirement for holding the Office is not a Privacy Act record but a public and business record.

The US Archivist and the NARA possesses the public records concerning every President of the USA.

The US Archivist and the NARA possesses also the record of the US Constitution with the legal writting of the Nat Born Citizenship clause.

The US Archivist and the NARA possess also the record of the US Senate Resolution N° 511 -110th CONGRESS, defining what is legally a Nat Born Citizen of the USA.

The NARA cannot refuse to provide to the public the NARA’s records that proves that the President
(dual or trial national UK/KENYAN/INDONESIAN/US citizen) is or isn’t a Nat Born Citizen of the USA.

What kind of Certification of Natural Birth Citizenship of the USA or US Senate or Congress Resolutions the US Archivist and the NARA can provide to the public under the last name of Soetoro or the factual one?

Also, if the FEC has recorded that the Democrat Candidate became President, then the FEC must possesses the public Nat Born Citizenship’s record in the FEC electoral dossier for B.O.

What kind of Certification of Natural Birth Citizenship the FEC can provide to the public and Plaintiffs?

The US Archivist, NARA and at registered the “business records”, they are responsible for providing the loyal information of Nat Born Citizenship and respond specially to the Members of the Armed Forces that are concerned about it, because receiving orders of the Commander in Chief through the Commanding Chain.
They dont need any Private Act record, but all the not-Private Act records, and the “business records” registered by the FEC and the US Archivist concerning the US President (usurper).

Is a Public or Business record the UK/Kenyan citizenship or it is a Privacy Act record?

Is the Indonesian Citizenship of his mother and his own Indonesian Naturalization and re-Naturalization a Public record or a Private record?

Is his mother minority and prohibition to confer her US citizenship, at birth in 1961 a public record or a private record?

As you know from the beginning the Certification of Live Birth of the Internet only states:
-father: AFRICAN
-mother : CAUCASIAN
NOWHERE HIS COLB SHOWS THAT HIS PARENTS ARE US CITIZENS.

Under the US Constitution the parents and the US jurisdiction at birth make the Nat Born Citizenship.

Also the Certification states:
PLACE OF BIRTH: HAWAII
The Hawaiian place of birth does not make the Natural Born Citizenship of the USA;
The Hawaiian soil confers the Hawaiian state citizenship, and the State of Hawaii confers to him the US Citizenship…………..but only the parents, if US cititens can confer to a Hawaiian Native the Nat Nirth Citizenship. And that is and will be never possible
because of the age of the US mother and because is father was an Alien.

About the “Native” concept,
Remind that the Hawaiian SOIL can give natural birth to a tree, a flower, an orchidee etc……. but only a mother and a father can give Natural Birth to a person…

To confer the sole Natural Birth Citizenship, both parents must have a sole citizenship.

If the parents have different citizenship at birth of the child, the child inherits their Two Citizenships and become a Natural Born Dual Citizen of the Countries of his parents.

The US Const prohibits to a person that is a Natural Born Dual Citizen to be President.

Who could phone or write to each member of the Armed Forces, to educate about the fact of Nat Born Dual Citizenship and the violation of the US Const requirement?

It is a matter of National Security that the supreme orders come from a lawful and eligible person to hold the Office of Commander in Chief.

It is a matter of National Security that the members of the Armed Forces be loyally informed about the legitimacy of the person that give them orders?

Its irrational and of vital danger to be receiving orders from a source that is not authorized by the US Constitution to do it.

That is why the members of the Armed Forces need transparency, investigation and the truth.

The problem is that transparency is still dennied.

Bar Stoole Economics- I mean Taxes

I am sure you have seen the email where 10 men go to a bar each night and when the tab comes they pay in accordance with how they pay their taxes. So they drink and the tab comes to $100.00 and each is asked to pay as follows;(Read Bar Stool Economics Here)


The first four men (the poorest) would pay nothing
The fifth would pay $1
The sixth would pay $3
The seventh would pay $7
The eighth would pay $12
The ninth would pay $18
The tenth man (the richest) would pay $59


This works until the bartenders decides to give them a discount for being regular customers. The poorer men get pissed because the richest guy the most money back...you get the point. And if you haven't read it you should it is pretty funny but also very true as evidenced here today in the following headline.

Mayor Bloomberg Finally Understands Who Pays NYC Taxes

That page is a transcript of an interview of the mayor with Rush Limbaugh. In this interview he stated that out of the people that live in NYC and file tax returns 1% of those people are paying 50% of the tab! So a little math here. He states that number of people (1%) is 40,000. That means folks that there are 4Million people in NYC that file a tax return. He goes to say that of those over 50% do not pay any taxes and another 30% get a credit, not refund, under the Earned Income Tax Credit. So a little more math? That is over 80% of the people pay NOTHING or get a CREDIT! The fiscal year 2009 has an adopted citywide budget of 60 billion dollars! Who pays?

The above can be said of the rest of country. Nationally the top 5% of the earners pay 80% of burden. The administration just announced that they are drafting a budget that will tax the rich and businesses with a goal of reducing the deficit by half in four years. This will bring this country to it's knees!

In simple terms let's look at that impact. For fiscal year 2008 the project receipts are expected to be $1,246,614,000,000.00, it is a projection because the fiscal year ends Sept. 30, 2009. Now because the economy is in the tank that number is going to be a whole lot lower. The administration claims that this fiscal year will be approximately 500 billion deficit. Between the bank bail out and the stimulus's the government has spent 1.64 trillion dollars. The cost of carrying that debt brings the total for just fiscal year 2009 to roughly 3 trillion dollars! That is about 3 times what the receipts will be for FY08!

The cost of carrying that debt brings the deficit for FY09 to about 4.3 trillion. which means the government would have to collect 2.7 trillion in FY09 to be revenue neutral. That is almost 3 times what is expected to be collected in FY08. How do you reduce the deficit by half if you going to have to raise taxes to cover what you have already added to the deficit by a factor of 3? Where does this money come from?

First of all raising taxes on businesses is just dumb. Businesses do not pay taxes! They ad that cost to the price of the product. So a business tax is paid by you the consumer. So now look at who is left, the wealthy. Already people are complaining about poor business and no one is spending money. So lets take more from them. And we haven't even started to talk about the mortgage plan or the fact the Obama said when he signed Stimulus bill that it is only start. This folks is like putting a nickle in you left pocket and taking $3.00 out of the right pocket. Bar Stool Economics....Change you can believe in.

LA Times Publishes Keyes Interview!!

Right after I published the Alan Keyes interview I was alerted to this article by Andrew Malcolm Alan Keyes Stokes Obama Birth Certificate Controversy Hat tip Dr Orly

Upon reading the article I was quick to comment on the post, it has not been moderated as yet, the following;

"Mr. Malcolm,

While there is some controversy of the actual birth place of Barack Obama your statement above "The U.S. Constitution requires any president be born an American citizen." is incorrect. The constitution requires one to be a "natural born citizen" and without taken a huge amount of space here to explain the difference they are fundamentally different.

Also you have described the image above as a "birth certificate" that is also incorrect as it is a "Certificate of live birth" and under the law in Hawaii at the time they were given to parents of children born "anywhere".

So you see Barak Obama has not even shown he is a citizen let alone a natural born citizen and why would he be spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to hide this information required by our constitution? Perhaps an investigative reporter could get to the bottom of that question... "

We will see if it gets published.


Update!! I started looking around after I posted the above and found that this moron, Mr Malcolm, has been aware of his mis-statements before but continues to publish lies. And we wonder how this guy, Obama, became President?

Alan Keyes as He Sees It, Again

I do respect Dr. Keyes. Like Pat Buchanan I think he too was ahead of his time when he ran for president. Some of you may know that Dr. Keyes currently has an active lawsuit in CA see President 'has something to hide' about eligibility as well as the many other pending cases, see the compiled list here. That is quit a list. Not something that can be attributed to a few "wackos". These are educated, affluent, hardworking American citizens that just want a simple question answered.

In combating these many challenges to his eligibility there are some that estimate the cost to date to be somewhere close to a million dollars. All to keep from public inspection a copy of his original birth certificate, a copy that is reported to cost about $12.00. Why?

While I think the person that conducted this interview happened find Dr. Keyes at what looks like an event where maybe alcohol was served the substance of what Dr. Keyes is saying is clear and concise. He also calls Obama a Communist. I am working a blog to connect those dots....

Is This Cause For Alarm?

Most of you don't get the news as you should, at least not of late anyway. What you read here you do not find on the front pages of the NY Times, The Boston Globe or NBC, CBS, ABC et al.

During the Campaign Senator Obama made this speech that sent chills up my spine, no I didn't get a tingly feeling up my leg.

Now look at what Rep Alcee L Hastings, D-Fla., has introduced to the House of Representatives a new bill, H.R. 645, calling for the secretary of homeland security to establish no fewer than six national emergency centers for corralling civilians on military installations.

Then we have Rep Bobby Rush, D-Ill., is introducing a bill that would create a Federal gun license and registry program requiring owners to submit a photo, finger prints, address, and medical records to make it easier for the federal government to track gun owners. The bill would allow a given time frame for compliance and failure would result in government confiscation of your weapon.

I look at what is in this bill, and I did download it, and I am almost brought to tears. Pictured here are my beautiful, happy, innocent little granddaughters, who by this single act have been given a head start of $30,000.00 of debt each. And this is what he said during the signing;

I will also go through the federal budget, line by line, eliminating programs that no longer work and making the ones we do need work better and cost less - because we cannot meet twenty-first century challenges with a twentieth century bureaucracy. [emphasis mine]

Where was his line by line on this bill? He also said that any piece of legislation would be online for review buy the public for 5 days. [This bill was never available, it wasn't even read by the congress before voting for it]

Proclaiming dyer consequences the president insisted on passing the largest spending bill in history, giving congress less than 24 hours to read 1100 pages, is not going to sign the bill until Tuesday! WTF!! We could have some weekend reading but no that would of caused debate over all the crap thst is in there, and wait until you find out what is in this bill, simply unbelievable.
