The Restore America Plan

I took the day off today to go to my home town of Malden MA to get myself the necessary paper work to become a sovereign Citizen and ran into to two fine peace officers. Of course they are not aware that they are now in fact peace officers but I had a lovely conversation with John and George. Both of whom are in full support of the Massachusetts based Gillette Company.

I had approached them because they were working a detail at the local Social Security Administration that I had just left and was concerned that the SS office was displaying a yellow fringed flag, two actually. I spoke to the federal worker who helped me but she didn't seem too concerned. So as I was leaving I stopped and struck up a conversation with these two fine officers. I spoke of the Military flag being displayed and of course they were ambivalent and instead expressed disdain for the pictures that were hanging on the wall as is customary in all federal buildings. I said, I am working on that....

That began the conversation that led to the Restore America Plan, RAP. I briefly covered several topics that the plan seeks to achieve, they were very receptive. So after asking me for information I promised a post here and gave the blog address.

I first heard of the research that the Gaurdians of the Free Republc were working on a few years ago. But I didn't realize who they were nor were they really ready to launch what was launched this March. In other words they were not labeled the GOFR at that time, they were just a bunch of researchers. I was very intrigued and followed them as best I could.

Then this past March the RAP hit the front pages. They announced that they were ready to revert the United States Corporation back to a republic and had the plan in place. They served ALL 50 Governors with declarations. Please note when reading the declarations that no where is it found to be threatening as CNN and other news outlets reported.

In order to try to get up to speed I would suggest to take the hour to listen to this audio, What Happened to Our Constitution

The plan is in the second stage where each county needs to seat a Citizen Grand Jury to process and formulate local Constitutions to return our states back to the sovereign republics that they once were.

How Did We Get Here?

How we got here and here is described as currently living under Tyranny. I believe I can take my own life experiences and apply them to how we got where we are, and I guess yes I am also to blame.

I registered to vote when I turned 18, I think it was almost immediately. It was 1973 when I turned 18. The previous year I was asked to paint the house. It was a cream color and my mom wanted it “Tobacco Brown”. So I did what anyone from Massachusetts would do that summer. I got on the ladder and wrote in big huge letters on front of the house “Nixon Thru in ‘72”. Then I proceeded to start the painting process at the rear of the house so as to leave the “message” on the front for as long as possible. Massachusetts was reward that fall with the distinction of being the only state in the union to have not voted for good ole “Tricky Dick.” And of course we all had our bumper stickers that read “Don’t Blame Me I am From Massachusetts” to place on our cars, I had one on my Chevy.

We were feeling pretty good in Mass. We were feeling even better when a peanut farmer from Georgia came along. He was a very likable guy. He was articulate, had a great smile, a cute accent, “a good clean cut guy”. So after a disastrous administration of Nixon we voted in Jimmy Carter. And yes my first vote for President was for Jimmy Carter.

My second vote for President was for Walter Mondale. Unfortunately, as I felt at the time, it didn’t count. I was in line at the polls waiting to cast my vote when we heard that CBS had called the race for Ronald Reagan. I was pissed. How can they call the race when I and many others hadn’t even voted?

I will state right now before you all start clicking away, I think Ronald Reagan was our finest modern day President in retrospect. Why do I say that? Well I was young and naive at that age. I thought rich people needed to pay more to make it easier for young people like myself to get ahead. I shouted “capitalist pig” at every Cadillac that drove by. I now drive a Caddy. I have better understanding of how a capitalistic economy works. Thank God I was not in the majority.

What changed for me? I think my political views changed when I started a family. And I was late to that game. I was 30 years old when I first married. It doesn’t take long for the bills to mount and you start looking at your paycheck and all of sudden realize how much you are sending to the Government. That’s when I started to look for candidates that promised to cut taxes. I also had a drive to get ahead and quickly saw the Government as an obstacle.

If everyone in this country was all of sudden Millionaires we would be in big trouble. We would have no place to buy food, buy gas, go on vacation; we would all be retired with no place to go. The electric company would have no workers; no one would come by to collect my garbage. No one would plow the snow, the list is endless. So the “concept” of a capitalistic economy sunk in for me. I got it.

So how did we get here? Well the people currently in power also remember when they were young and naive and how easily they were manipulated and how inattentive to politics they were. So they went after these voters. They held massive registration drives and did all they could to get the young people to vote. And people like me who have been beaten up over the years and feeling pretty helpless, didn’t think we could affect the outcome. Allot of us stayed home, allot of us voted for the current administration, just because we wanted “change”, just like we wanted a change from Nixon to Carter, from Bust 41 to Clinton, and from Bush 44 to Obama. We probably should have elected Ron Paul from this last bunch of “Presidential” candidates, but we don’t pay that much attention to what’s going on.

We live in an iPod world. Most of the electorate just wanted to be “left alone with their steel belted radials, and their toasters”. And the voter turnout was not all that great. So here we are. Are we stuck with this? No way.

We have begun to become more aware of what’s going on. We have unplugged the iPods and have started to not only listen to what is going on but to participate. I am a baby boomer and we make up a huge block of people. We are also the core of the Tea Party movement. My wife and I were at the 9/12 rally. We were about the average age. We are going to make the “fundamental change” this country needs. I will say that if we fail, there will not be another opportunity. The demographics are simply not going to be there.

For those of you who know me you know I have become politically active. Just read a few of my previous blog post. What I am about to inform you of maybe very difficult for some of you to understand and or accept. Open your mind and just try.

To start with I am going to try and connect some dots for you. If you have no knowledge of the Restore America Plan, RAP, then please read this first and then continue here, and keep in mind that these people have been working on this for many years, long before the current administration was even on the radar map. Now in that audio Tim claimed that we would probably start to see changes about the 3rd week in April. So lets see whats going on. On the audio above Tim Turners portion ends at about 30mins and then there was just the host Bill and guest Norm. In that section it was mentioned that Obama tried to float a 3 trillion dollar bond with Switzerland. Remember that Tim said the corporation cannot be bonded. And sure enough the Swiss turned him down on April 2nd, then on April 7th Tim Geithner travels to China in a big hurry, Geithner to Travel to Beijing Amid Currency Dispute. Keep in mind China holds more US Bonds than any other country and China knows of the RAP. Bill Clinton also took off to talk to the Saudis.

Then we have a very strange occurrence in the financial market here Did The Fed Just (Surreptitiously) Bail Out Europe?

Two days later Ron Paul confronts Ben Bernanke in Congress Bernanke v Paul JEC Hearing 4/14

Then we have Obama all of sudden meeting with world leaders with no press allowed, Obama's disregard for media reaches new heights at nuclear summit.

Then I came across this story today. Obam Warns World Leaders Global Economic Crash Can't Be Stopped! Here is the first paragraph.

Initial reports prepared for Prime Minister Putin on US President Barack Obama’s extraordinary meeting with World leaders on the Global economic situation states that the Americans are now warning that a complete crash of the Global banking system is “all but inevitable” and “can’t be stopped”.

So knowing what I know, and with hope you do to, this all kind of comes together. Of course time will tell...stay tuned.

The Sleeping Giant

What happened in Massachusetts will be repeated around this country and here is why. It all started with the presidential campaign in 2008. The “yes we can” slogan that Barack Obama used worked well. What he was able to do was get a grassroots ground swell of voters to identify with him and each other.

So how does that extrapolate to the special election in Massachusetts? It is people identifying with each other. There was a women at a town hall meeting in Pennsylvania that said to Arlen Spector, “you have awoken a giant.” She was right.
Sarah Palin had an effect as well as talk radio shows like Rush Limbaugh and opinion based TV shows like Glenn Becks’. But what happened in Massachusetts was a result of the beginning of the effect this giant is going to have on American politics. This giant was there during the election but not quit galvanized come November. My wife and I attended the 9/12 rally in DC. The number of people there was just fantastic. You can read about our experience here, The DC Rally From The Ground. What that rally did, for those who attended and those who wish they could of, helped millions of people identify with each other. Just like the people that believed in “yes we can” and “hope and change.” In DC it was “can you hear us now” as well as when Scott Brown was elected.
In the run up to the special election in Massachusetts the interest from across the country was amazing. Scott Brown has Al Gore to thank in part for his victory because the internet is where most of this grassroots support came from and this is where this victory by this giant will repeat itself over and over again across this country.

This is how it works. You are reading my opinion on the internet via my blog. You don’t have to meet me, you don’t have to know who I am, and you don’t have to read a letter to the editor, if the editor decides to publish my opinion so you can read it. You can sit where ever you are and read my opinion along with that of many others. You can pass this along, you can start a conversation with me and others in the comment section, and on and on it goes. I started this blog in part because of the last election cycle. I could see that we were headed for trouble if Barack Obama could win. There were many other blogs that started in 2008 as well. Some of these blogs have grown tremendously since the election. Some had been around and were just discovered in mass like Freerepublic.com and social network sites like facebook. These are the vehicle that helped people “identify” with each other.

If you are a conservative in Massachusetts you are qualified to be put on an endangered species list. But yet Scott Brown won. The blogs and other internet chat rooms were filled with people all with the same view and a feeling that “yes we can.” Someone could type something in on a blog like Citizen Wells and it would go viral in a matter of seconds. Finally you realized that you weren’t on an endangered species list. That there are people out there that fell like you do, and lots of them. This is why what happened in Massachusetts will be repeated over and over again.

This is a revolution.

As some of you are aware my son in-law is a GySgt in the Marine Corp. Currently on his way home from another tour of duty, this time in Afghanistan. He is a member of the world famous Vipers. Unfortunately the crash that occurred on October 25 between two Helos that cost the lives of four of our finest also were member of the Viper family. It is with great pleasure that I wish all Marines a happy birthday and send out a special thank you to my son in-law and my daughter for all that they do.

During the American Revolution, many important political discussions took place in the inns and taverns of Philadelphia, including the founding of the Marine Corps.

A committee of the Continental Congress met at Tun Tavern to draft a resolution calling for two battalions of Marines able to fight for independence at sea and on shore.

The resolution was approved on November 10, 1775, officially forming the Continental Marines.

As the first order of business, Samuel Nicholas became Commandant of the newly formed Marines. Tun Tavern’s owner and popular patriot, Robert Mullan, became his first captain and recruiter. They began gathering support and were ready for action by early 1776.

Each year, the Marine Corps marks November 10th with a celebration of the brave spirit which compelled these men and thousands since to defend our country as United States Marines.

Since the presidential campaign started two years ago I became aware of blogs. I started this one. If you don't look to good blogs, and I have some my favorites linked here on the right side bar, then you will not be fully informed. Newsworthy news will travel incredibly fast in the blogosphere. This story is one that is making the rounds right now, as it should.

Shame on the White House and it's staff! It took the tenacity of one outraged women to get the flags at our nations capitol lowered to half mast in honor of the men and women slaughtered at the hand of a Muslim extremest at Ft Hood. Army recommends 'birther' for promotion

Although this article is not written in a good light for the 1st LT Easterling, I found it very telling about the now widespread knowledge once only known to a "fringe" group called "birthers". A group that I have been a proud member of since the start of this blog.

In a stunning display of latent disrespect for President Barack Obama and a complete disregard for the good order and discipline of the U.S. Armed Forces, the Army has recommended "birther", 1LT Scott Easterling for promotion. In February of this year, the Tennessee native joined forces with "birther" attorney Orly Taitz and wrote a widely-reported letter calling President Obama a "usurper" and "impostor" because he did not believe the President was a natural-born citizen. At the time, many believed that 1LT Easterling had jeopardized his career and possibly his freedom for violating the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) which clearly prohibits publicly insulting the integrity of the President of the United States; instead he got an "administrative reprimand", also known as a slap on the wrist.

I certainly didn't see the episode but apparently this is real. Big Bird asked Michelle Obama "Maybe you’re here to finally show us your husband’s United States birth certificate", Michelle's says no, and then Big Bird say's "That's because you can't!" I need to investigate this further but watch the video. It starts slow but it is worth it.

Apparently this is a parody made to be funny. So laughing at the fact that one can usurp the office of the President is now OK?

The DC Rally From The Ground

Like most of the people I know taking the time to travel anywhere can be a monumental task. Taking the time to travel to DC to march in protest of our government takes even more of an effort, especially in terms of a financial effort. In these times of economic downturn, mass unemployment, and rising taxes, it is very hard to muster the necessary time and funds to make a trip like millions did this past Saturday, September 12, 2009. I am not going to point out in detail the mis-representation of the numbers of people that attended by various media outlets because it is a moot point. My wife and I were there and we along with the other two million people know how many people were there. And those two million people will tell their friends and relatives, about another 6-8 million people, just how many people were there. So you in the MSM can keep reporting to the couch potatoes of this country. We don't need or want those people in our cause anyway.

I would like to start by describing the people we saw, meet, and conversed with. From our first encounter with people at the hotel on Friday evening to the time we left on Saturday afternoon there was an obvious commonality. We are ordinary people of many stripes and political origins, but all held the same theme in describing the reason for making this trek to DC, and many came from as far away as Hawaii and Alaska. It is my understanding that every state was represented buy at least one person. An incredible circumstance. We all have reached a point where We The People have had enough.

We stayed at the Courtyard about 2 miles from the starting point. We decided to walk there so at 8:00am we started our journey. It was an interesting walk. We were asked by a guy for some money so he could buy breakfast. He was wearing new sneakers, jeans, a printed sweat shirt, iPod, and did not smell and looked clean. I said "ask the guy in the white house" and kept on moving. There are quit a few homeless in the area but he was not one of them.

My camera was broken and so I was only able to get few shots using my cheap cell phone. The march started about 2 hours early as the capitol police were concerned as the back up for the march started to roll back to the white house. So at about 9:30am they started to march down Pennsylvania Avenue. That is my wife Janet's cheek. As you can see the people that were there just all sorts of normal folk. The walk to the capitol was approximately 2 miles. We chanted all kinds of stuff like "U S A U S A" "Can you hear us now" & "Throw the bums out" and more. We sang the Battle Hymn and the Star Spangled Banner. Upon arrival at the steps of the capitol they, the capitol police, were directing everyone to the north lawn. We stayed at the entrance to sit on a ledge adjacent to the stairs to rest. Our backs and legs were sore and sitting on the ground was not an option. The stage was set at the top of the north lawn. They made an announcement that we could not gather at the mall across the street until both the north and south lawns were full. It was clear to me that they had relegated these two areas for the rally. It didn't take long for those two areas to fill up as the people just kept coming. When we left at 2PM people were still coming in! The mall was just a sea of people. The police blockades had been pushed further back as the crowd grew. To the west we were shoulder to shoulder all the way to 3rd St SW. We walked out to get a bite along Independence Ave by 4th St. at about noon. The walk back past the mall and reflecting pool and out to 1st St SW took over an hour!

The signs were just incredible. There were no two signs, except a few pre-printed commercially made ones, that were the same. There were of course the "Where's The Birth Certificate" signs and few clever acronyms for ACORN.

Part of the march went by this building that was labeled NEWSHISTORY and when I looked up and realized what the inscription was on the front of this building for all to see just a few steps from the Capitol Pub was the 1st amendment to the Constitution.
So many thoughts raced through my mind when I saw that, one of which is "our representatives have to see this everyday!!" I was swept over with anger and sadness at the same time.
This parting shot was taken from Constitution Way as we were leaving. That is the north edge of the crowd.

Mark this day in your mental calender of events. As you look at this chart and do notice the trend you have to ask how long can he sustain these ever increasing dis-approval rating. On Thursday he announced he would speak on Tuesday the 8th to children in schools all across the country. By Friday, the very next day, the outcry was just astounding and today there are hundreds of school districts that have decided not to carry the speech.

Tuesday is also the day when a judge will rule on a motion for discovery in a highly publicized eligibility case, Keyes et all V Obama, Soetoro at all brought by Dr. Orly Taitz in Federal court in Santa Anna CA. Fox News announced that they will be in the courthouse covering the case.

Fox News along with Glen Beck will be covering and promoting the September 12 march on Washington DC by people not happy with this administration and have great concern for the very existence of this country, or at least in a form that we have fought for over the years. Yours truly will be attending.

She received a warning of a certificate to be installed and curiously clicked on "View Certificate" and below is what she got. This is most disturbing. Click on the image to read what the purpose of the certificate is for.

Couple that with this Glen Beck video of a few weeks ago.

And the official spokes person Gibb is speechless about how people all of sudden are receiving unsolicited emails.

Now you can see if you already have one of these certificates installed on your computer.

Paine was convinced that the American Revolution was a crusade for a superior political system and that America was ultimately unconquerable. He did as much as any writer could to encourage resistance and to inspire faith in the Continental Army. I essays published in the Pennsylvania Journal under the heading "Crisis," Paine attacked the faint-hearted, campaigned for a more efficient federal and state tax system to meet the costs of war, and encouraged the belief that Britain would eventually recognize American independence.

Often tactless, Paine provoked considerable controversy. He was invariable hard-pressed for money and had to depend upon the generosity of his American friends and the occasional reward from the French envoy in America. When the War came to an end, his financial position was so precarious that he had to campaign to obtain recompense from the government. Congress eventually rewarded him $3000. Pennsylvania granted him £500 in cash, while New York proved more generous and gave him a confiscated Loyalist farm at New Rochelle.

UPDATE. My question is why the February request date and I was answered with the divorce date of Stanley Ann & Brack Obama Sr. which was filed in January of 1964, ironically January 20th to be exact. The divorce was granted on March 14, 1964. So the February date fits.

The Arkansas State Grand Jury made BIG news this weekend. Using the American Grand Jury evidence this jury took the process one step further. They convened a “live” hearing with 18 members, studied the testimony and evidence, deliberated the charges and put it to a vote. The hearing lasted for approximately 4 hours and the tally was unanimous: All 18 jury members voted to indict Obama.

Just a few hours earlier, at approximately 2:30 PM EST, the May 16th American Grand Jury handed down its indictment of “Fraud and Treason” against our presumed president, Barack Hussein Obama. 26 members served on this jury: 25 voted to indict Obama. 1 voted no.

The following criminal allegations and complaints were voted upon:

COUNT ONE:

That Obama is NOT eligible under the laws of the Constitution of the United States as provided for in Article II, Section 1.

“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President..”

COUNT TWO:

The charge of “Treason” against Obama is before the people of the United States of America. That such complaint is CRIMINAL, of high crimes, and extremely damaging against the people.

All and all, this was a big day. It was double trouble for Obama.

The momentum is growing. American Grand Jury, Texas, and Arkansas combined now have 5 Grand Jury indictments against Obama in approximately 3 weeks time. We are just now starting to see those indictments filter across the land in the form of serves with sheriffs, courts and legislators.

We are not fooling ourselves; we know it is going to take many more Grand Juries and possibly 100’s filings to get the job done. Sooner or later the court system is going to be inundated with “presentments” against Obama. Sooner or later public sentiment is going to demand these courts act and force Obama to answer to the charges.

The good news is that many people are responding to the American Grand Jury movement and are willing to serve. We have two more juries still scheduled for May. The first one is full and the last one is getting there. In fact we are already starting to register members for the first couple of dates in June.

Many people are wondering about the math. Okay, here is what American Grand Jury is going to do. Convene a minimum of 10 juries before the 4th of July. Hand down indictments from these Grand Juries and in turn file a minimum of 20 filings per jury. That would be 200 indictments filed against Obama just in time for our Nation’s birthday.

We may be able to do more, but we need your participation.

It is important to remember that the Rasmussen Reports job approval ratings are based upon a sample of likely voters. Some other firms base their approval ratings on samples of all adults. President Obama’s numbers are always several points higher in a poll of adults rather than likely voters. As most of you know that American Grand Jury had a group of people make the trip to Washingon on Monday the 29th and serve the Super Jury Presentments at the White House together with many other notables. The group was there for 2 days making the rounds.

The trip was quite fruitful and exciting. I am told that Chalice was there and filmed everything and is now conducing online BlogCasts covering all the details.

I don't usually hit MSNBC's website anymore but on occasion I do and today they have had this story as their lead story for about 5 hours now. It was posted By Helen A.S. Popkin and Tim Vandenackmsnbc.com / The Elkhart Truth updated 11:35 a.m. ET, Mon., June. 29, 2009 titled Immigrants fighting hard to stay in U.S. So I read this story and I am just dumb founded. They picture this guy with his baby and center the story around him and indentify him by name. He is quoted in the story "Us illegals, we don’t have unemployment," said Rodriguez, an undocumented immigrant from Mexico City. "If I had unemployment, I wouldn’t have had to give up the trailer."

So we call this guy who has broken the law, admits he is illegal, an undocumented immigrant and we are supposed to have some kind of compassion for him and his family because he lost his job and doesn't have unemployment? And they have this as their lead story on a day that is far from a "slow news day"! How about doing a story on this The Geography of Jobs!

Anyone want to guess how long it will be before he is visited by ICE? Yeah right.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I’m going to attempt to grab your attention as quickly as I can. I say that because I could write hundreds of pages and offer volumes of evidence pertaining to this subject. I will try to be succinct and offer only minimal evidence.

This is not only about the usurper in the White House but all of you that have refused to perform your duties as described and have willfully ignored your oaths of office. I would imagine that at one time you all revered public service as grandiose, or you would not have entered public service. So somewhere inside of you rest the ideals that were the foundation of your endeavor. I appeal to those ideals because I know that every red blooded American holds those same ideals near and dear to their hearts, just to get us all on the same page.

Without this sounding like a threat I do need to warn you that Grand Juries are forming in increasing numbers and they are not just investigating Barry Soetoro AKA Barack Obama but everyone complicit in his rise to office of President. For instance Nancy Pelosi personally signed an affidavit claiming she had verified Barry Soetoro AKA Barack Obama’s eligibility documents. However she has ignored repeated request to release these said documents, as has everyone else involved. No one on this planet has seen documents that support the requirements, of Barry Soetoro AKA Barack Obama, under Article II section I of our constitution requiring that the President be a “natural born citizen” or that person or persons would have offered them by now. What that means is that all of you that have sworn to uphold the constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic are complicit in this matter. Do you understand where this is heading?

I would also point out that this letter is not in response to any political event or other act of government and can be documented that this issue has been brought to the attention of people in government, that normally oversee these matters, for over a year. Well before the election in November of last year and has continued to be brought to the attention of everyone in congress. So much so that there was a “Form Letter Response” to this issue that staff from every congressional and senate office sent out in reply. Shame on all of you!

The 1^st amendment grants We The People the right to “redress of grievance”. We The People have filed many of these grievances in this matter. You have chosen to ignore them. For such action we have the right to withhold all due taxes until such grievances are settled.

We The People have the right to form grand juries for the purpose of government oversight. We are currently exercising that right.

As stated in the opening I could write hundreds of pages and offer volumes of evidence. I think that you have seen, read, and heard of the evidence. What you are faced with now are two choices. You can stop the madness now and begin the process of undoing all that the usurper has signed and is invalid, or you wait for We The People to arrive with subpoenas, warrants, court orders, and alike and be faced with even more to undo. That choice is yours, We The People have made ours.

Article II Section I of the constitution requires that the president be a “natural born citizen” described as a child born of “parents who are citizens”. Note that both the words parent and citizen are plural. In other words “Both parents need to be citizens at the time of birth.” Barry Soetoro AKA Barack Obama admits himself that his father was a British subject, therefore by decent his son was a British subject in accordance with British Nationality Act of 1948. We can also examine his mother’s citizenship and conclude that she was too young to confer citizenship at the time, not that that matters.

You wanted the BIG time Obama — well, you got your wish from the Patriots at American Grand Jury. 172 Grand Jury members worked night and day for 10 days in session to hand down the presentments against our arrogant Usurper.

It’s defintely a world’s record and Obama now owns it — the biggest Grand Jury vote in history charging “the ONE” with Fraud and Treason.

Many Obots out there think we are crazy. The Patriots will say, “so who cares what the followers of deception think?”

The people that truly believe and “can read” the United States Constitution know without a doubt the prez is as illegal as a 3 dollar bill. Those that blindly follow BO are only hoping he never gets caught as the road to deception will truly judge all those in the end.

Now that the Presentments are finished and posted for our members to download, what are we going to do next?

Mack Ellis and Carl Swensson are headed to Washington DC and should be there on Monday. They have a number of stops to make to serve the Super Jury Presentments on various people who are complicit in helping Obama stay in office. The White House advisors, Eric Holder, the DC Attorney General, the Offices of Pelosi and Reid, the Offices of the Supreme Court and certain other powerful and undisclosed recipients are on the list. Will these liberal government officials care? Some will laugh, most will hide! Will it make a difference to those of us who can’t stand the thought that our leaders in Congress and the Administration lie, cheat and steal to retain their power. Like I said previously, “the road to deception will judge these people in times to come.” God has a plan for all of us. You either live your life in honor of God and his laws or you choose the other side. It is really very simple. All the retoric in the world will not change this supreme truth.

Next, we are asking every Patriot to celebrate the 4th of July by telling your friends and neighbors that the Usuper has been charged with Frand and Treason. This should give everyone a thrill and make the fireworks even more exciting. After all, the 4th of July represents the birth of our Country and the American Revolution. The Super Jury is part of the NEW American Revolution and the Patriot’s goal is that of taking back America.

Here at American Grand Jury we had our plan of attack for D-day too. The American Grand Jury, Class of June 6th, 2009 broke a record with the largest number of voting members to ever hand down a criminal indictment against our usurper leader, Barry Obama.

42 members voted unanimously to hand down the presentments against Obama. It was amazing. Everytime I figured the voting was finished another member would login and vote. The total registration was 43 and I think the last member would have voted if he could have made the deadline.

All and all approximately 200 unique American Grand Jury members have voted to indict Obama in the past 7 weeks. Thus far we have served over 120 presentments with different courts, sheriffs, judges and district attorneys around the Nation.

So what is happening with our indictments in the hands of the courts? It is still too early to tell and we certainly have an uphill battle but as we increase the numbers the courts are starting to figure out we mean business. There are only so many excuses a court, judge or prosector can use as they tell you they do not believe in the Constitution. And folks, that is EXACTLY what these government officials do when they fail to do their job. If you folks would like to know some of the names and jurisdictions of these government officials that feel an illegal President is more important than the health and welfare of the people then you can write me. I would be happy to tell you their names. Many of these people are elected officials in smaller juridictions. When these officials walk down the street they have a hard time hiding from the people.

We are booked solid for the month of June but we need many more Grand Jury members for July

Our goal is to get over 1,000 presentments served on the courts within the next 60 to 90 days. We cannot do it without your help. Look at it this way, if only 5% of the Courts we serve actually take action it would mean 20 criminal prosecutions would be enacted against Obama. The first thing the courts are going to demand from Obama is to prove he is a “natural born” citizen. Fat chance Obama can prove anything!

I came upon this from the The Steady Drip In viewing this video, inserted below, I was reminded of a comment I saw on another site not long ago and I am paraphrasing but it goes something like this "I don't know who will fire the first shot in this revolution but I know there will be 50 million second shots". It is certainly a profound statement but one that rings truer with each passing day.

We at American Grand Jury hear what the people are saying and have charged Obama with “presentments” of guilt. On Satruday, May 30th at 2:30 pm, the convened Grand Jury handed down the YES votes of 31 members, unanimous, to INDICT Barack Obama with the “presentments” of Fraud and Treason.

The May 30th voting has been formally attested to and verified. The “presentments” will be reduced to writing within the next few days for distribution to the court system throughout the land. To date, American Grand Jury has sponsored approximately 70 serves on different courts, sheriffs, Districk Attoneys, Attorney Generals, judges and other officials around the United States. The word is spreading that we mean business and are not going to stop with these presentments until the Court system does their job of formally prosecuting Obama.

The people of the United States have the right to know who this man really is that is living in the White House. Memorial Day weekend - American Grand Jury hands down latest indictment against Obama

By the late 1800s, many communities across the country had begun to celebrate Memorial Day and, after World War I, observances also began to honor those who had died in all of America’s wars.

In 1971, Congress declared Memorial Day a national holiday to be celebrated the last Monday in May.

Today, Memorial Day is celebrated at Arlington National Cemetery with a ceremony in which a small American flag is placed on each grave.

About 5,000 people attend the ceremony annually.

Obama and Biden showed up at Arlington to lay the wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Obama also made an appearance at the 2009 US Naval Academy Graduation this past week. John McCain’s son gave Obama a hug as he received his graduation certificate.

On May 23rd, 2009, the American Grand Jury showed up to indict Obama by handing down presentments. The vote was unanimous. Twenty-seven (27) Jury members attested to the final charges:

That Obama is NOT eligible under the laws of the Constitution of the United States as provided for in Article II, Section 1.

“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President..”

COUNT TWO:

The charge of “Treason” against Obama is before the people of the United States of America. That such complaint is CRIMINAL, of high crimes, and extremely damaging against the people.

The formal complaint of “Treason” has been lodged against Barack Obama by Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III, Unites States Navy, RET. The complaint has been duly served upon a United States District Attorney.

Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Class of 1975.

Excerpt from Fitzpatrick’s charge:

We come now to this reckoning. I accuse you and your military-political criminal assistants of TREASON. I name you and your military criminal associates as traitors. Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger. You fundamentally changed our form of government. The Constitution no longer works.

Confident holding your silent agreement and admission, I identify you as a foreign born domestic enemy. My sworn duty Mr. Obama is to stand against what you stand for. You are not my president. You are not my commander in chief.

If you think for one minute we at American Grand Jury and other national movements are not getting to the psyche of Barry Obama think again? This man is still campaigning and telling us how greatly he is concerned about our welfare, security and American heritage. In fact, Barack Obama mocks and laughs at our heritage and all the men and women who have fallen defending our Nation. Is he the “real” Commander-in-Chief or simply “play acting” as the biggest imposter to ever grace the history of our Nation?

What is the grand jury movement?

American Grand Jury is really a Constitutional movement. We endeavor to teach people about our Constitutional rights, first and foremost. Amendment 1: the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances -- Amendment 5: No person shall be held to answer for any capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury.

What are the procedures and goals?

We are a real Grand Jury. We have rules and procedures. You must first sign an Oath of Office. This is important. It makes people aware that they are swearing to do their job as an impartial jury member. A person cannot serve without submitting this Oath. (see link below).. Our juries are organized and focused. We have evidence within a secure website that people can study, review and research. The website is quite extensive and takes 7 to 10 hours of computer time to actually go through all of the documentation. Every article of evidence has a review survey at the end for members to take. On the average a jury of 25 will submit and respond around 450 to 500 times on the surveys (approx 25 members times 20 surveys) http://www.bobcampbell.me/oath/oath_office.pdf

The jury foreman moderates the event. The private website is open one week in advance for study and review. At the end of the week we have a final vote on the charges. During the week of review the Jury Foreman will answer questions from members. By final voting day these members are prepared and they KNOW exactly what they are voting on. Before the members can make the final vote they must answer a couple of pre-voting questions. If they answer in the negative they are disqualified because they did not learn the evidence. We have not had to disqualify anyone yet.

How many grand juries have started – or finished – their work? And where are they?

We have convened and concluded 5 Grand Juries so far: April 29th, May 9th, May16th for American Grand Juries.. we have sponsored 2 State Grand Juries so far: The Lone Star Grand Jury of May 12th and the Arkansas Grand Jury of May 16th. All of these juries follow the SAME American Grand Jury rules and procedures. We have a May 23rd jury in session right now. May 30th and June 6th are scheduled. We expect to sponsor 5 to 6 more State Grand Juries in the next 30 days.

What does it mean to generate an indictment, presentment, or charge from these grand juries?

A Constitutional Grand Jury actually hands down “presentments.” That is the correct term. Indictment is a proper term for a court or judicial Grand Jury to use. Presentments are charges. Then the Jury reduces those charges to writing it would be called “handing down the presentments.” Presentments or charges must be voted on by the jury to become a “true bill” or not. A constitutional
Grand Jury was historically around 23 members. 25 members seem to be a good number when including a Jury Foreman and Alternate foreman. However, this number is not a rule locked in Stone. But in general you need a quorum of 16 and a vote of 12 (saying “yea”) to hand down the presentments. Most American Grand Juries are 25 or more members. Arkansas was smaller at 18 but it was a “live” Grand Jury, not an online Jury.

What do you say to those people who say these efforts don't mean anything?

I would say they do not understand the Constitution so these people would probably say that “Freedom of Speech and Assembly” means nothing to them either. Of course any time you assemble real people to conduct a hearing such as Grand Jury there are those that are afraid we would speak the truth so they in fact will deny we are effective or our actions mean nothing. I would say to those people who are against us and who support a government of deception and
dishonesty that probably your last election vote didn’t mean anything either.

Are there other coordinated efforts to assemble grand juries?

American Grand Jury is the largest coordinated effort. There are a few independent State Grand Juries out there that have convened and are doing a good job. We encourage any group to assemble and act. We offer to help any group that wants to convene a Jury as long as their intentions are honorable and focused. We stay away from right or left wing movements. We are basically a conservative group of members. We never get into politics here. We are about
bringing corrupt government to justice.

What is the crux of the accusations being assembled, and what evidence supports that?

I have attached the last “presentments” from the May 16th jury for you to review. I offer this as reference material. You will see these presentments are written to be logical and make sense to the average person. A couple of times in the presentments we quoted others (Apuzzo and Donofrio).. it was simply these people said it more eloquently than I could have. The Treason charges are
directly from Lt. Commander Fitzpatrick’s criminal complaint. THIS TREASON complaint is serious stuff and is now becoming quite viral on the Internet. Bottom line, soon or later Obama will have to answer to this serious charge. The Eligibility charge is the 64 million dollar question everyone wants to know. These TWO Counts are the only charges we make in our presentments but THEY ARE MAJOR. We focus on these two charges, nothing more.

What is the expected outcome? Are there those who believe a trial should result. Or is this basically to raise awareness and generate public interest in the issues?

BOTH. Sooner or later some court or many courts will FORMALLY indict Obama from our Presentments or Fitzpatrick’s complaint. Our goal is to convene and conclude 12 to 13 Grand Juries before July 4th rolls around and to serve our presentments as much as 200 times with courts, sheriffs, prosecutors, judges or legislators across the land. If that doesn’t get the results we will try and double and triple these numbers. The pressure is mounting and someday justice will be served or the Country will probably explode from loss of faith in our Constitution.

Are there historic precedents for this type of grand jury?

Yes, many. I would suggest reading this essay by Donofrio. Donofrio is a
strange dude and today says we are all crazy. He claims his Quo Warranto is the
only way to remove Obama. He is wrong. He gave us this most beautifully
written essay on the Grand Jury. It is really a masterpiece. I won’t say much
more as I feel sorry for the guy. His mind is all screwed up. Attorneys do that to

Who is doing the organizing?

I spend 15 hours a day on the computer answering from the 25 to 40 inquiries a day we receive from people wanting to get involved. We sign up around 5 to 8 day on the average, about 120 to 150 members a month. It is very busy around here. I have a small group (5 to 8) of warriors that think and believe. We run the show but we encourage everyone to step up and get more involved after they get out of jury duty. It is the same old 30% rule. 70% set on their ass and 30% get the job
done. My favorite saying: During the American Revolution 70% of the people were either loyal to the King or apathetic. The other 30% founded a Nation. Do you suppose the patriotic 30% in America can get rid of Obama? The answer is YES, they can!

What does the law say about these procedures, and what do prosecutors and judges say?

We are the 4th Branch of Government.. they are the Judiciary. Here at American Grand Jury I would imagine that attorneys and judges think we are nuts. But if you shake it down, I would say that most Americans think these liberal attorneys and judges are downright criminal.. LOL

Would we like to see more attorneys with integrity and credibility truly give credence to the Constitution and offer good suggestions on how to get the courts to act?

The answer is yes! Will they – I would say NO! Attorneys and Judges do not want the average person questioning how they dictate the system that keeps them in power. We are in a sad state of affairs here in the United States because many officials in power could care less about the rights of the people. It is all about money and power. Will we give up because the deck is stacked against us… NO! Will we prevail? The answer is we had better or the United States of America as we know
it will soon be nothing more than a thing of the past. The Founding Fathers were brilliant in how they put the Constitution together. It was truly God inspired. I choose to believe there are enough people out there that want to save our Republic and maintain the USA as the true beacon of light and freedom that she so truly is.

When Lee C. Greenwood sings “God Bless the USA” those words can bring tears to your eyes. Not too distant in the future Americans will gather during the 4th of July and celebrate the birth of our Nation. Will this year be one of celebration or one of turmoil?

With the election of Barack Obama the most unpatriotic events are now commonplace. The “man who hates America” is now a household phrase. The man that was going to unite America is now the man who wishes to unite people under a brand of socialism that would silence the American patriot once and for all.

We have people cheering him. They patiently wait for their leader to rain gifts of love on them while redistributing wealth that was never theirs in the first place. To these folks, government is a blessing, an inspiration and the easy way out. “Why fight for freedom” they say, “why not get something for nothing instead.”

During the American Revolution 70% of the people were either loyal to the King, apathetic or just plain fence sitters. The other 30% founded a Nation. Do you suppose the patriotic 30% in America can get rid of Obama. The answer is YES, they can!

I want to introduce you to one patriotic American that still believes in Old Glory, God and family. His name is Mike Mandeville. Mike is a simple person, a military veteran, a citizen of Rhode Island and the most inspirational person I have spoken to in a long while.

Mike came to American Grand Jury with a simple idea. Why not form a Grand Jury right inside a Rhode Island courthouse, have a Judge swear the members in and proceed to deliberate the charges before them? Well it is no longer a simple idea. It is now heading toward reality. This week the smallest State in the Nation may be the first to take the power of the Constitutional Grand Jury directly to the judicial court system.

What Mike started is truly an act of passion and love for his Country. All the people at American Grand Jury wish to give Mike a grand old American “hat tip.”

There was never a hint of indecision when this group of concerned citizens got together in Texas and decided to go to work. In their minds “the man who hates America” needed to be indicted and the sooner the better. The jury spent a week reviewing and contemplating the evidence but the vote was swift and decisive. All 35 members raised their hands and said, “we want this man tried in court and we are now looking to the Great State of Texas to bring that justice to our citizens.”

Barack Obama, aka: Barry Soetoro and Barack Hussein Obama was indicted by the Lone Star Jury of Texas on two counts: Fraud and Treason. It is now up to court system in the State Texas to formally prosecute our “presumed” President. Will Texas take the lead and do exactly what their citizens want? Only time will tell but you can believe this, time is not on the side of Obama. People are mad and they want action now.

Many of you might stare in awe that those charges, FRAUD and TREASON. How can that be you will say? It is simple. Obama, after months of running from lawsuits, telling people he is above the law, and shoving arrogance down our throats has hit a brick wall when it comes to refuting these charges. In fact, the “presumed” President has done nothing and said nothing. He acts like the people don’t care or the Constitution doesn’t matter. That is a very precarious position to take when you are the Commander-in-Chief and you expect men and women to follow your orders when in fact many in our military are silently questioning just who this guy really is. Is he in fact a “natural born” citizen who pledges his allegiance totally to this Country or is he really a foreign National who would circumvent our security in order to help our enemies and countries that want to bury us?

Do you think I am just one person letting off steam about Obama? Folks, you need to think again. There are hundreds of thousands of people in this country crying foul right now. Today I got a message from Gerry Donaldson who is part of Resistnet, one of largest patriotic organizations in America. Gerry told me point blank, that the State of Texas is ready to stand up and get the job done. He says their organization is going to drill down to every town and county in Texas within the next few months and move heaven and earth to go after corrupt government. I believe him. He also told me that the Grand Jury is the tool they plan to use in a big way!

Yesterday a group of 300 people met in Rhode Island to get a first hand look at the American Grand Jury presentments handed down on April 29th against Obama. The people were excited and giving praise to the wisdom of our Founding Fathers. This group has some pretty strong ties to the powers that be in Rhode Island. We will know in a few days, but we are hoping the leadership in Rhode Island gets onboard with what is soon to be the greatest Constitutional movement to hit this country since the American Revolution.

Today, we give praise to the State of Texas for taking the lead in this historic indictment. Tomorrow we will look to each and every State in this Nation to stand up and say once and for all, “we the people own this Country, not the corrupt politicians who reside in Washington.”

Sounds kind of patriotic and corny doesn’t it? I love it folks. There is nothing wrong with being patriotic and loving your Country. That kind of thinking founded the Greatest Nation on Earth. The same kind of thinking will save it!

Have you ever been notified to serve on a Grand Jury? Probably not. It is not a common occurrence as far as I can tell. So what is a Grand Jury? Well our constitution tells us that "No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury". Well who are these people? They are ordinary citizens and until about 1946 they would meet regularly and form presentments on such things as government performance or the condition of roads and bridges. But they have always meet to determine if a person or a government official may have committed a crime. And they did this on their own, citizens gathering to discuss and investigate. However the "rules" if you will were changed over the years to allow local and federal prosecutors to take control of grand juries. Most if not all grand jury members today do not realize 1.) That they have the power of the constitution behind them in terms of subpoena powers and 2.) That they can investigate on their own. Mostly the process today is that the jurors listen to a prosecutor and vote on that presentment.

Our framers were fearful of a runaway government and were careful to include a mechanism for the people to redress grievances of government. This is the primary purpose of the grand jury.

I bring this up because many people, including judges, lawyers, prosecutors, and politicians believe that the grand jury is a function of government. That could not be father from the truth. The grand jury is a right, and responsibility of the people granted and charged by the constitution and has a history that is as old as the document that the grand jury and our country was founded by.

I have been following the American Grand Jury's effort and have published their press releases. I have received emails and comments describing this effort as tin foil hat wearing wingnuts. So I thought I would try to curb the ignorance that is so prevelent so as to soften the blow when the OMG moment occurs.

I am ashamed to say that until this election cycle I did not understand our election process completely, our eligibility requirements, and a host of other items that I now understand. Shame on me and you if you don't understand how our government is supposed to work and what we the people have to do with it. I am 53 years old and have voted in all elections that I was eligible to vote in. But all I did was vote. While that might be more than most is was not enough because I wasn't informed. I betrayed my fellow Americans by casting uninformed votes. It is hard for me to admit that but after my education of the last year or so I can come to no other conclusion.

You may disagree with me, or you may agree, but I emplore you to research all you can and be informed as much as you can before you pull another lever.

“AMERICAN GRAND JURY HANDS DOWN INDICTMENT OF FRAUD AND TREASON AGAINST OBAMA”

(United States of America) – May 9th 2009 - At 2 P.M, ET American Grand Jury convened a final hearing to vote on criminal charges against Barack Obama.

The following criminal allegations and complaints were voted upon:

COUNT ONE:

That Obama is NOT eligible under the laws of the Constitution of the United States as provided for in Article II, Section 1.

Said Article II, Section 1 states:

“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”

Wherefore, Obama is not a “natural born Citizen” for the following reasons:

1) Obama was NOT born of mother and father who were BOTH US Citizens.

2) Obama was a British citizen ‘at birth.’

COUNT TWO:

The charge of “Treason” against Obama is before the people of the United States of America. That such complaint is CRIMINAL, of high crimes, and extremely damaging against the people.

Said complaint was formally brought by a Military Officer (retired) of the United States of America. All United States Military Officers are sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States and such complaint is valid, explicit and proper; when an Officer is aware of such malfeasance of Treason by an offender it is that Officer’s SWORN duty to come forward and present such accusation and complaint;

The Military Officer who filed the complaint is Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick, III, retired, United States Navy and a graduate of the United States Naval Academy;

Lt. Commander Fitzpatrick on March 17, 2009 did hereby make such criminal accusation and complaint against Obama and presented said complaint before the U.S Attorney Russell Dedrick, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Edward Schmutzer, Eastern District, Tennessee;

An original photocopy of said complaint was submitted to the Grand Jury as evidence for immediate investigation;

Said original photocopy of the complete criminal complaint is attached as Exhibit “A” hereto and made a part hereof;

Lt. Commander Fitzpatrick was sworn under oath before the Grand Jury to testify as to the true nature and details regarding said criminal complaint filed against Obama;

We come now to this reckoning. I accuse you and your military-political criminal assistants of TREASON. I name you and your military criminal associates as traitors. Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger. You fundamentally changed our form of government. The Constitution no longer works.

Confident holding your silent agreement and admission, I identify you as a foreign born domestic enemy.

My sworn duty Mr. Obama is to stand against what you stand for. You are not my president. You are not my commander in chief.

After reviewing the evidence and voting, the 25 member American Grand Jury handed down the presentment(s) recommending that person(s) known as Barack Obama, aka: Barack Obama, Jr., aka: Barack Hussein Obama, aka: Barry Soetoro; aka: Barry Obama; aka: Barack H. Obama, aka: Barack Obama II, presumed President of the United States, be tried in Criminal Court for charges of fraud (eligibility) and treason.

Said Grand Jury was convened under the power and authority vested with the people as guaranteed under the Constitution of the United States of America, Amendent 5 of the Bill of Rights.

This story however is about their deaths. One was home and the other was being cared for in a nursing home. They both died just 6 hours apart....makes ya wonder.

The Birth Certificate Issue and Why It Matters

I first heard that Barack Obama's birth certificate was embargoed early last summer, perhaps maybe in June of '08. I wondered "why would somebody running for president hide his birth certificate?" In keeping track of this story simply from a curious angle I started to hear possible reasons why. "Well it probably says his religion is Muslim, was one." "Well it probably shows that his real father is not Barack Obama Sr." was another hypothesis. I actually started this blog because the amount of information "out there" was really "out there" and so I tried to boil it down. (That's a cooking term for reducing liquids so you can see the meat, I like to cook.)

Then I find out that all of his college records have been "embargoed", all of his medical records as well. Then I learn that Michelle's college records are sealed and I start to be a little skeptical. I mean if none of your past is visible and off the table then who can we expect you to be? How can we vote and endorse you to be our leader? Then I look at the polls and say "he can't win anyway don't worry about it."

Fast forward to just before the election and look at the various law suits that "we the people had to file to actually see proof of eligibility that is required!". Even writing that I had to let it sink in. So far none of these cases have been heard on the merits. Just today there have been new filing's at the SCOTUS. Most of the problems with the law suits have been lack of legal standing, in other words if I brought a suit to look at the birth certificate I would have to show why I would be harmed if I didn't see it. Then because some of the suits were looking to halt the process, either the electoral vote or the inauguration, they were not heard in time so they are now being dismissed as being moot.

In all there have been about 30 odd cases filed. These have been filed at the expense of these individual citizens. In all cases the attorney's for Obama are being paid for by Obama. The law firms he has hired to fight the public disclosure of required documentation to hold the office, that the people choose him to hold in good faith, are high priced. There are estimates that range from one half to one million dollars and counting.

Now as I look around the blogosphere there are more and more and more blogs questioning his eligibility. It is slowly creeping into some corners of the main stream media, at least their blogs are starting to see hundreds of comments. "Why won't he release his BC?" We, the people that have not seen proof of his eligibility to be POTUS, are now called "Birthers". I take that as a sign that we have traversed from the fringe.

Then there are the defenders that claim he has released his birth certificate and Hawaiian officials have stated that he was born in Hawaii and he won get over it.

Well this is extreme regurgitation but here goes. Barack Obama released what is called a "Certification of Live Birth" (COLB). In Hawaii at the time he was alleged to be born Hawaii issued these certificates to anyone who presented a baby that was not born in a hospital but born, obviously it is alive hence the title. It didn't matter the place of actual birth, it could have been on another planet and they would issue them for babies up to 1 year of age. In Hawaii right now there is an entitlement program that has a requirement to qualify that you are a “native” of Hawaii, or a “natural born Hawaiian”. In that language it specifically states that a COLB is not proof that you are a native born Hawaiian and that you would need to present a "certificate of birth"(COB). You can read that here Applying for Hawaiian Home Lands.So the State of Hawaii does not recognize a COLB as proof of being a native of Hawaii but we the people of the United States of America need to accept this as proof positive that Barack Obama is a "natural born citizen?"

Before I move on I would point out that Barack Obama could have born on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial and he would not be a "natural born citizen" because his father was a Kenyan citizen and therefore a British subject at the time. Thus he had dual citizenship at birth rendering him not born of "parents that are citizens of the United States", to quote our constitution, and hold no allegiance to a foreign country. Note that "parents" is plural as is "citizens" meaning what that means, to be redundant. I say that because I have received letters of response from our representatives in congress that simply state "he was born in Hawaii and therefore he is a citizen and eligible to be president". Incredible as that may seem that very statement has been repeated many times by almost all of the representatives that responded to letters of inquiry on this subject. Of course the press has simply picked up on these responses and continue perpetuate the incorrectness of the "fact". To hear how ignorant our elected officials are with respect to their knowledge of our founding document is just scary.

“Hawaiian officials stated the he was born in Hawaii”. Well here is a copy of the statement as reported by AP. You tell me where it states anything definitive about where he was born.

"There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawaii Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record," DOH Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said. (Greg asks “Don’t we have a tangible interest?)

Fukino said she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama's original birth certificate.

"Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures," Fukino said.

Why does all this matter? Well the bigger picture is that our representatives have either chose not to honor their oath to uphold the Constitution of The United States of America from enemies both foreign and domestic or they are ignorant of it’s contents. In either case it is cause for their removal from office. Seeing as how that would take policing themselves we can all but forget about that.

The other issue is that Barak Obama knows he is ineligible, his website states that fact that he held dual citizenship in Kenyan that expired when he reached 18. Hence he was not a natural born citizen. He knows he went by the name of Barry Soetoro and never legally changed his name. He knows he traveled to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport in 1981. These are now facts. So what we have is someone who has lied for many years about his past. His actions have been completely in contradiction to his words, both from the campaign to his first 6 weeks as acting president. I am not concerned about his policies in this piece. This is about the very core of our country. The Constitution is at risk here! Another question is why would Joe Biden make a joke about Obama's birth certificate? Humor is based in truth.

What boggles my mind is that he continues to employ law firms to keep his past from the public. Why? The other obvious fact is that Hawaii did not issue both a COLB and a COB, you have either one or the other, and that means there is no “birth certificate”.

More than half the voter registrations turned in by ACORN canvassers during the last election were not valid, according to testimony to be presented before a House Judiciary subcommittee.

The testimony is from Anita MonCrief, a former employee of an affiliate of the Association of Community Organizations. MonCrief, who was fired for improperly charging personal expenses to the ACORN affiliate, originally testified under oath as part of a request by the Republican State Committee in Pennsylvania for an injunction against ACORN. The request was denied. The FBI has been investigating the liberal community organizing group for possible voter registration fraud.

Yesterday I traveled to Idaho. I was able to address Chief Justice Roberts during the question answer session after his lecture. There were numerous cameras recording this event and simultaneous feed broadcast to all the campuses of the University of Idaho. Roughly 5,000 people in all the campuses had an opportunity to hear what I had to say, it is in video archives and now everybody knows the truth and knows that leftist media thugs such as Seattle Washington Observer shamelessly twist the truth to fit their Pro Obama blind idiot agenda.

It was a grueling day, I left home at 3 in the morning after sleeping only 3 hours and drove to San Diego, from there flew to Salt Lake City, from there to Tacoma, Washington, from there I drove for a couple of hours to be in Moscow Idaho, to address Chief Justice Roberts. After the lecture the audience was told, that they can ask questions, give their name and present a shot question. I was the first to run to the microphone and told Roberts. " My name is Orly Taitz, I am an attorney from Southern California. I left home at three o'clock in the morning and flew and drove thousands of miles to talk to you and ask you a question". Roberts seemed to be impressed by that and I continued. "Are you aware that there is criminal activity going on in the Supreme Court of the United States. I have submitted my case Lightfoot v Bowen to you. You agreed to hear it in the conference of all 9 Justices on January 23. Your clerk, Danny Bickle, on his own accord refused to forward to you an important supplemental brief, he has hidden it from you and refused to post it on the docket. Additionally, my case was erased from the docket, completely erased one day after the inauguration, only two days before it was supposed to be heard in the conference. Outraged citizens had to call and demand for it to be posted. On Monday I saw Justice Scalia and he had absolutely no knowledge of my case, that was supposedly heard in conference on January 23rd. It is inexplicable, particularly knowing that roughly half a million American citizens have written to him and to you Justice Roberts demanding that you hear this issue of eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro to be the President of the United States." At that point I have shown to Roberts a stack of papers, that I held. Those were my pleadings and printouts that I got from WorldNetDaily. It showed the address Obama used in Somerville Massachusetts, attached to the social security of a man who is 118 years old. It showed evidence of Obama committing perjury, lying under oath. It had his school registration from Indonesia under the name Barry Soetoro, citizen of Indonesia, religion Muslim. Right after this page there was a page of Obama's registration to become an attorney and officer of the court in Illinois, where he stated under oath that his name is Barack Hussein Obama and he had no other prior names. It contained a report from a federal agent Steven Coffman, stating that there are numerous signs of forgery in his Selective Service Certificate. It contained a letter from a renown expert Sandra Line, stating that there are signs of forgery in Obama's short version Certification of Live Birth, and original birth certificate needs to be reviewed in order to ascertain his status. It contained 130 current job positions for Barry Obama, Barack H. Obama and Michelle Obama, that were obtained from Intellius Jobs.com. None of them were reported on Obamas' tax returns. All of these documents suggest possible massive tax fraud, corruption of a public official, bribery and massive campaign contributions fraud, whereby large campaign contributions, over allowed limits were reported as fictitious positions with different companies, not surprisingly involving most mainstream media outlets. These need to be reviewed in light of a pattern, I've seen previously. For example, as a State Senator Obama arranged for his friend Robert Blackwell from killerspin to get a grant of $320,000 of our taxpayers money for his ping-pong tournaments. In exchange Blackwell gave Obama back roughly a third, $100,000 in the form of a salary. Similarly Obama arranged for Chicago university hospital to get 1 million grant of our taxpayer money and they gave him back roughly a third $357,000 in the form of a board salary for his wife Michelle for working 20 hours a week, even though Michelle was totally worthless as a board member since she had zero medical education and her law licence is on a mandatory inactive status (I wonder why).

I am writing this in a hurry, ready to leave my hotel room, finishing yesterday's dinner leftovers and ready to board a plane for a grueling flight back home. I'll add one more detail. He is also a gifted comedian, who formed a stand up comedy improve group and I would love to see him perform. My wo younger sons are great students. My middle son has a beautiful low bass Elvis Presley voice, he sings opera and I would love to hear him perform. My youngest son is a top student taking 5AP classes in tenth grade, gifted mathematician and basketball player, I would love to see him get academic awards and play basketball. I missed time with my children, time that will never come back because a am criss crossing this country talking to Justices of the Supreme court, Representatives, Senators, FBI agents, Attorney Generals, US attorneys, telling all of them, what is wrong with you? Did some evil magician put a spell on the men in this country and they stopped being men? Why are you afraid to speak up, to stand up for you constitution? Why are you afraid to tell this arrogant jerk from Africa and Indonesia- You need to go home, you cannot be a president and commander in chief because you are not a Natural born Citizen. To be a Natural born Citizen you have to have both parents as citizens. Your father was never a US citizen and you don't qualify and you also spit us in the face by refusing to unseal your vital records. There is no proof that you are even a citizen. For all we know, you need to go back to Kenya and wait for your green card, and that after we try you for all the crimes perpetrated upon American citizens. I hope Justice Roberts teaches his son that he is a descendant of people that were real men and fought in Alamo and at Valley Forge. Chief Justice Roberts has a right to issue a stay and appoint Joe Biden a president pro-tempore until Obama proves his qualifications or until a new president is chosen. I hope Roberts teaches his son by example and not by empty words.

Take a look at Rasmussen's latest approval, I mean disapproval, rating for the new president. What is interesting to note would be the trend line. The trend would be a line that is drawn from the beginning of the data through to the end connecting as many points as possible with a "straight" line. The approval trend is about minus 5 points while disapproval trend is about plus 20 percentage points. What that tells me is that the disapproval number will continue it's trend and will over come the approval number probably before the end of the month.

The US Const prohibits to a person that is a Natural Born Dual Citizen to be President.

Who could phone or write to each member of the Armed Forces, to educate about the fact of Nat Born Dual Citizenship and the violation of the US Const requirement?

It is a matter of National Security that the supreme orders come from a lawful and eligible person to hold the Office of Commander in Chief.

It is a matter of National Security that the members of the Armed Forces be loyally informed about the legitimacy of the person that give them orders?

I am sure you have seen the email where 10 men go to a bar each night and when the tab comes they pay in accordance with how they pay their taxes. So they drink and the tab comes to $100.00 and each is asked to pay as follows;(Read Bar Stool Economics Here)

The first four men (the poorest) would pay nothing
The fifth would pay $1
The sixth would pay $3
The seventh would pay $7
The eighth would pay $12
The ninth would pay $18
The tenth man (the richest) would pay $59

This works until the bartenders decides to give them a discount for being regular customers. The poorer men get pissed because the richest guy the most money back...you get the point. And if you haven't read it you should it is pretty funny but also very true as evidenced here today in the following headline.

Mayor Bloomberg Finally Understands Who Pays NYC Taxes

That page is a transcript of an interview of the mayor with Rush Limbaugh. In this interview he stated that out of the people that live in NYC and file tax returns 1% of those people are paying 50% of the tab! So a little math here. He states that number of people (1%) is 40,000. That means folks that there are 4Million people in NYC that file a tax return. He goes to say that of those over 50% do not pay any taxes and another 30% get a credit, not refund, under the Earned Income Tax Credit. So a little more math? That is over 80% of the people pay NOTHING or get a CREDIT! The fiscal year 2009 has an adopted citywide budget of 60 billion dollars! Who pays?

The above can be said of the rest of country. Nationally the top 5% of the earners pay 80% of burden. The administration just announced that they are drafting a budget that will tax the rich and businesses with a goal of reducing the deficit by half in four years. This will bring this country to it's knees!

In simple terms let's look at that impact. For fiscal year 2008 the project receipts are expected to be $1,246,614,000,000.00, it is a projection because the fiscal year ends Sept. 30, 2009. Now because the economy is in the tank that number is going to be a whole lot lower. The administration claims that this fiscal year will be approximately 500 billion deficit. Between the bank bail out and the stimulus's the government has spent 1.64 trillion dollars. The cost of carrying that debt brings the total for just fiscal year 2009 to roughly 3 trillion dollars! That is about 3 times what the receipts will be for FY08!

The cost of carrying that debt brings the deficit for FY09 to about 4.3 trillion. which means the government would have to collect 2.7 trillion in FY09 to be revenue neutral. That is almost 3 times what is expected to be collected in FY08. How do you reduce the deficit by half if you going to have to raise taxes to cover what you have already added to the deficit by a factor of 3? Where does this money come from?

First of all raising taxes on businesses is just dumb. Businesses do not pay taxes! They ad that cost to the price of the product. So a business tax is paid by you the consumer. So now look at who is left, the wealthy. Already people are complaining about poor business and no one is spending money. So lets take more from them. And we haven't even started to talk about the mortgage plan or the fact the Obama said when he signed Stimulus bill that it is only start. This folks is like putting a nickle in you left pocket and taking $3.00 out of the right pocket. Bar Stool Economics....Change you can believe in.

LA Times Publishes Keyes Interview!!

Right after I published the Alan Keyes interview I was alerted to this article by Andrew Malcolm Alan Keyes Stokes Obama Birth Certificate Controversy Hat tip Dr Orly

Upon reading the article I was quick to comment on the post, it has not been moderated as yet, the following;

"Mr. Malcolm,

While there is some controversy of the actual birth place of Barack Obama your statement above "The U.S. Constitution requires any president be born an American citizen." is incorrect. The constitution requires one to be a "natural born citizen" and without taken a huge amount of space here to explain the difference they are fundamentally different.

Also you have described the image above as a "birth certificate" that is also incorrect as it is a "Certificate of live birth" and under the law in Hawaii at the time they were given to parents of children born "anywhere".

So you see Barak Obama has not even shown he is a citizen let alone a natural born citizen and why would he be spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to hide this information required by our constitution? Perhaps an investigative reporter could get to the bottom of that question... "

Alan Keyes as He Sees It, Again

I do respect Dr. Keyes. Like Pat Buchanan I think he too was ahead of his time when he ran for president. Some of you may know that Dr. Keyes currently has an active lawsuit in CA see President 'has something to hide' about eligibility as well as the many other pending cases, see the compiled list here. That is quit a list. Not something that can be attributed to a few "wackos". These are educated, affluent, hardworking American citizens that just want a simple question answered.

In combating these many challenges to his eligibility there are some that estimate the cost to date to be somewhere close to a million dollars. All to keep from public inspection a copy of his original birth certificate, a copy that is reported to cost about $12.00. Why?

While I think the person that conducted this interview happened find Dr. Keyes at what looks like an event where maybe alcohol was served the substance of what Dr. Keyes is saying is clear and concise. He also calls Obama a Communist. I am working a blog to connect those dots....

Most of you don't get the news as you should, at least not of late anyway. What you read here you do not find on the front pages of the NY Times, The Boston Globe or NBC, CBS, ABC et al.

During the Campaign Senator Obama made this speech that sent chills up my spine, no I didn't get a tingly feeling up my leg.

Where was his line by line on this bill? He also said that any piece of legislation would be online for review buy the public for 5 days. [This bill was never available, it wasn't even read by the congress before voting for it]
